Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Worker in Madison, Wisconsin! We are seeking reliable and diligent individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing stock and inventory. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics department. You will contribute to a safe and productive work environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization, and by adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process warehouse inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and place inventory into appropriate storage locations.
- Assist with shipping activities, including labeling and preparing shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all established safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Ability to handle moderate to heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items.
