We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our Raleigh, North Carolina facility. This position is critical for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, directly impacting our supply chain efficiency. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling inventory records, and investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Implementing and enforcing inventory control policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure stock accuracy will be key. Your duties will include monitoring stock levels, processing inventory adjustments, and preparing inventory reports for management. This role requires a meticulous approach, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with inventory management software. While this role is primarily focused on data and process, there may be occasional requirements for Lifting and moving of inventory items. Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all Safety guidelines and utilizing the correct PPE is mandatory. You will play a vital role in optimizing our Logistics operations through precise inventory management.
