Are you a proven leader with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations? Our Atlanta Distribution Center is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to guide and manage our team. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to all company policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include scheduling staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and development to your team members. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and orderly work environment, enforcing Safety regulations, and ensuring the correct use of PPE . A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and Logistics principles is essential. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce. You will play a key role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and the overall smooth operation of our distribution network. While direct Lifting may not be a daily task, supervisors are expected to lead by example and assist the team as needed.
