We are hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for our New York City, New York facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will ensure that materials are moved efficiently and safely throughout the warehouse, contributing to our overall logistics operations. This role demands a keen understanding of warehouse procedures, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety . Operators must be proficient in handling various types of loads and must consistently wear appropriate PPE . While operating the forklift, you will also assist with loading and unloading trucks, performing inventory checks, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area. The ability to perform occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs may be required when not operating the forklift. A valid forklift certification is essential.
