Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Sort and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Support the overall logistics flow of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory principles.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
