We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Durham, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damages or discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently (if trained and certified).
- Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for specific tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
