We are hiring a Picker/Packer to support our growing logistics operations in Boise, Idaho. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary duties will involve locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse storage locations using order pick lists or scanners, and then preparing these items for shipment. This includes carefully packaging products, ensuring they are protected during transit, and applying all necessary labels and shipping documentation. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and physical stamina. You'll be on your feet for extended periods, navigating the warehouse and handling various products. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly is a requirement for this position. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to strictly follow safety protocols and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using order tickets or RF scanners.
- Assemble customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Package items securely for safe transit, protecting them from damage.
- Affix appropriate shipping labels and documentation to outgoing packages.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on picked and packed items.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the consistent use of PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for productivity and accuracy.
