We are actively recruiting a Picker/Packer to become a vital part of our operations in Miami, Florida. This dynamic role focuses on accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders by picking the correct items and preparing them for shipment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time, contributing directly to our logistics success. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Accurately picking items based on order lists or scanning devices, Verifying product information for accuracy, Packaging orders securely and appropriately for transit, Labeling packages for shipment, Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks, And working collaboratively with other team members. Adherence to all safety protocols is essential, and all employees must wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role involves significant walking, standing, and occasional Lifting of boxes. A commitment to quality and efficiency is paramount.
