We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team at our San Diego, California distribution center. In this critical role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all Safety standards. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, coordinating workflow, optimizing inventory levels, and implementing best practices in Logistics . You will be instrumental in fostering a productive and positive work environment, coaching team members, and resolving operational issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in warehouse supervision, and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems. You should be adept at problem-solving and committed to continuous improvement. This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including occasional Lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and ensuring all team members properly use their PPE . Your leadership will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence.
