We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for our bustling warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. This position is central to our inbound and outbound Logistics , managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, stocking inventory, and preparing outgoing shipments. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified). Accuracy and efficiency are key to ensuring that our inventory is managed correctly and that shipments are dispatched promptly. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a warehouse setting, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You must be comfortable with physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Strict adherence to all Safety procedures and the correct use of PPE is mandatory. This role offers a stable work environment and opportunities to grow within our company.
