We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to become a vital part of our San Antonio, Texas operations. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our distribution center. This includes receiving, processing, and preparing goods for shipment, as well as maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities will encompass order picking, packing, inventory management, and assisting with quality control. We place a strong emphasis on a safe working environment, providing all necessary PPE and comprehensive safety training to prevent accidents and injuries. The position involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting, standing, bending, and operating warehouse equipment. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the distribution center is clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Perform lifting as required by the role.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
