Job Summary:
Join our thriving e-commerce operation as a Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington! We are seeking motivated individuals to play a key role in our warehouse. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of order processing, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You will contribute directly to ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. This role is essential for our logistics network and requires individuals who are detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to quality. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected during transit.
  • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
  • Label packages correctly for shipment.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment to move inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Practice safe Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
  • Contribute to the efficient flow of our logistics and fulfillment operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
  • Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to wear all required PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce logistics is beneficial.
