Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of order fulfillment, from picking and packing to shipping and receiving. Your efforts are key to ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately, playing a vital part in our overall logistics success.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify order details, product codes, and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, including the use of necessary PPE .
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Must be able to perform manual Lifting of up to 40 lbs regularly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center role is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic Logistics principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and regular Lifting .
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
