Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Technician in Sacramento, California! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to maintain the operational efficiency and safety of our state-of-the-art distribution facility. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting of various warehouse equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse machinery, including conveyors, forklifts, automated systems, and other equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and industry safety standards, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to address immediate equipment concerns and provide technical support.
  • Adhere to strict Safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance techniques.
  • Must be comfortable with moderate to heavy Lifting as required for equipment access and part replacement.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Familiarity with Logistics operations is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform the demands of the job, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
