We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be essential to our daily operations, contributing to the smooth handling of goods within our logistics hub. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy against shipping documents.
- Organize and stock products in their correct warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick orders according to customer requirements.
- Pack items securely for safe transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all established safety protocols.
- Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform tasks involving considerable Lifting of materials, adhering to proper techniques.
- Participate in regular inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Awareness of safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment is a plus.
