Job Summary:
We're hiring a dynamic Distribution Center Associate for our San Antonio, Texas facility! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the successful fulfillment of orders. Your duties will encompass a range of activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for dispatch. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, and all associates must strictly follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Load and unload trucks and other vehicles safely.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, which may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Support the overall logistics process and team objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of and adherence to safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
