We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping. Your role is essential in maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently. This position demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety and operational excellence within our logistics hub.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks.
- Be prepared for tasks involving moderate Lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including moderate Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety standards.
