In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of warehouse activities, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset. You'll be contributing to a vital part of the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against manifests.
- Sort, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using order lists or scanners.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all established procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - certification may be required).
- Must be able to perform significant Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times while performing duties to ensure personal Safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Support the overall logistics process and collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Familiarity with Safety regulations and best practices in logistics.
- Team player with good communication skills.
