Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders with accuracy and speed. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and efficient workflow management. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to, order picking, packing, stocking, and loading/unloading shipments. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or other designated equipment.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively when required.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, of up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse culture.
  • Understand and implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
