We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Worker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This role is integral to our warehouse operations, focusing on the efficient handling and storage of goods. Key duties include receiving and processing incoming shipments, stocking merchandise, fulfilling orders through picking and packing, and preparing items for shipment. We seek a motivated and reliable individual who is dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. While previous warehouse experience is beneficial, we offer complete training for all new hires. You will be a critical link in our logistics chain, ensuring that products move smoothly through the facility. This includes contributing to accurate inventory management and participating in stock checks. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues and supervisors to achieve productivity targets and uphold our high standards of quality and Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload deliveries, verifying contents against documentation.
- Organize and store products in designated inventory areas.
- Accurately select items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for safe transportation.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment as instructed.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, orderly, and safe.
- Support inventory control through participation in stocktakes.
- Report any damages or discrepancies promptly.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Physical capability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Requirement to wear provided PPE during work hours.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse processes is helpful.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to perform tasks independently and contribute to team success.
- Dependability and punctuality are expected.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and responsibilities.
