We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, but not required as we provide comprehensive training. Your primary focus will be on contributing to the smooth flow of our logistics chain. This includes ensuring accurate inventory counts and assisting with cycle counts as needed. You will work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize products in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as trained.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and material handling.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to job duties.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Open to learning new tasks and operating different types of equipment.
