We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Columbus, Ohio facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of goods. Key duties include receiving shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace is a top priority. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall success of our Logistics network. Consistent adherence to all Safety guidelines and the proper use of designated PPE is mandatory. This position requires the ability to perform regular Lifting and work at a steady pace. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sort and place inventory on shelves or designated locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Support overall Logistics functions, including tasks involving manual Lifting .
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is preferred.
- Capability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct usage of PPE .
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Essential for maintaining effective Logistics flow.
