We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is critical to our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of materials. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety protocols are paramount. Responsibilities include performing pre-operational checks on forklifts, maintaining equipment, and adhering to all company safety guidelines. You will also be expected to assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as loading and unloading trucks and maintaining an organized work area. Compliance with all PPE requirements is mandatory. This position involves significant Lifting and requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Understand and follow all PPE requirements.
- Participate in regular Safety training sessions.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety .
