Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status.
  • Oversee the process of receiving, put-away, and picking for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety guidelines and proper use of PPE .
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with operations and purchasing teams on inventory matters.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, which may involve some physical tasks and lifting .

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics operations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
