Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status.
- Oversee the process of receiving, put-away, and picking for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety guidelines and proper use of PPE .
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with operations and purchasing teams on inventory matters.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, which may involve some physical tasks and lifting .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
