Join our thriving Phoenix, Arizona warehouse as a Picker/Packer. This fast-paced role is essential to our order fulfillment process, requiring speed, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for accurately locating items from warehouse shelves, meticulously packing them for shipment, and ensuring that all orders are processed correctly and on time. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and committed to upholding high standards of productivity and workplace Safety . Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics environment is highly desirable. Your ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team, will be key to your success. We are looking for individuals who are ready to contribute to our dynamic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials.
- Verify order details against packed items to ensure accuracy.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in a demanding environment.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic Logistics principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
- Commitment to following all Safety guidelines and wearing the required PPE .
