Join our Orlando, Florida facility as an Inventory Control Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. This position is critical for optimizing our operations and ensuring we meet customer demands. You will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, managing stock adjustments, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of warehouse logistics are key to success in this role. Your contributions will directly impact our efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include: Performing regular cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, managing inventory adjustments and reporting, analyzing inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement, maintaining accurate inventory records in our WMS, ensuring proper stock rotation (e.g., FIFO), collaborating with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations, and enforcing all safety regulations, including proper use of PPE. This role requires proficiency with computers, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within the logistics industry.
