We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting all incoming shipments. Your meticulous attention to ensuring the correct items and quantities are processed will directly impact our inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain, from the moment goods arrive at our facility. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include: Unloading incoming freight, verifying packing slips against received goods, inspecting for damage or discrepancies, accurately entering receiving data into our warehouse management system (WMS), tagging and organizing received items for put-away, maintaining a clean and organized receiving area, and adhering to all company safety protocols. This role involves moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Proper use of PPE will be mandatory at all times.
