Join our thriving warehouse in Sacramento, California, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our efficient **logistics** operations. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be provided with the necessary **PPE** and thorough training to excel in your role. Your efforts will be key to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Adhere to all **safety** regulations and procedures, including the correct use of **PPE**.
- Participate in **Lifting** and moving of goods, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement within the **logistics** team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with warehouse **safety** protocols and the use of **PPE**.
Basic knowledge of **logistics** and inventory control systems is a plus.
