We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
