Join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado, as a Forklift Operator. This essential role supports our comprehensive logistics operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials, as well as loading and unloading trucks. The ideal candidate will be a certified forklift operator with a solid understanding of warehouse safety standards and efficient material handling practices. A keen eye for detail, strong spatial awareness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are crucial. You will perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Compliance with all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to proper lifting techniques, is critical. - Safely operating various types of forklifts to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Organizing and stacking materials in designated storage areas.
- Conducting pre-shift forklift inspections and reporting any mechanical issues.
- Assisting with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Adhering to weight limits and safe lifting practices.
