Become a key member of our operations as a Distribution Center Associate in Jacksonville, Florida. This comprehensive role supports the entire distribution process, from receiving goods to dispatching them to our customers. You will be involved in various tasks including material handling, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping preparation. A strong focus on Safety and accuracy is paramount to ensure the smooth functioning of our logistics network. This position requires physical capability for regular Lifting and the ability to be active throughout your shift. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment and supply all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong willingness to learn and contribute to a team atmosphere. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous, but not a prerequisite as we offer thorough training. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all Safety standards and company policies.
- Consistently use provided PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
