Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves picking, packing, and shipping orders with meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from shelves for customer orders.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label packages accurately with shipping information.
  • Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to logistics protocols.
