Join our dynamic team as an Order Picker in Phoenix, Arizona! This role is essential to our logistics network, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently navigate our warehouse and select the correct items for shipment. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking products, preparing them for packing, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from various warehouse locations according to pick lists.
- Scan items and orders to ensure proper tracking and verification.
- Prepare picked items for staging and packing areas.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring aisles are clear and products are stored correctly.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for order picking.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to a supervisor immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Support overall logistics operations through efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or order picking role is desirable.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and logistics practices is a plus.
