What You’ll Be Doing
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment, with a primary focus on AC systems (splits, VRVs, AHUs, chillers, etc.).
Carry out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms basic fault finding).
Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Liaise with clients and colleagues professionally.
Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Mobile Multi:Skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FM environment.
Strong AC qualifications (e.g., F:Gas Category 1) and extensive experience with various AC systems.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) desirable.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems and general building services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
