*The Opportunity:*
We’re looking for a talented RN or Certified Surgical Technician with *strong leadership experience* in an operating room setting to help manage and grow our surgical team. If you love the OR but want to get out of the hospital grind — while still working in a dynamic, high-volume environment — this is the perfect role for you.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Oversee daily surgical operations at our Savoy locations.
* Actively assist on surgery days (pre-op, intra-op, post-op) while managing surgical flow and efficiency.
* Maintain the highest standards for surgical safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
* Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of surgical techs, nurses, and support staff.
* Collaborate closely with surgeons and administration to ensure the best outcomes for patients and staff.
* Help onboard and train new OR team members, building a strong, positive culture focused on excellence and teamwork.
* Manage surgery schedules, inventory, and equipment needs.
* Run daily safety checks, timeouts, and emergency drills.
* Promote a calm, patient-focused environment where surgeries run smoothly and stress stays low.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Active RN license or Certified Surgical Technician (CST).
* At least *3 years of OR experience*, *with at least 1 year of leadership or management experience*.
* Ophthalmic surgery/cataract surgery experience is a big plus!
* Solid understanding of sterile technique, infection control, and OR protocols.
* Strong leadership skills, with a "lead by example" mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
* Willingness to travel between centers as needed.
