*Duties*
* Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and deep tissue therapy to address specific client needs
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions and goals
* Educate clients on pain management strategies, physiology, and anatomy to foster understanding and ongoing wellness practices
* Maintain detailed treatment records, including medical terminology and patient progress notes, ensuring compliance with licensing standards
* Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns with empathy and professionalism
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or occupational health teams to support comprehensive patient care when necessary
* Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and spa or medical trends to continually enhance service quality
*Requirements*
* Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing
* Proven experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments preferred
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
* Expertise in deep tissue massage, hot-stone, swedish, and aroma therapy.
* Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner
* Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
