- Create and affix shipping labels to packages.
- Schedule and coordinate pickups with various shipping carriers.
- Verify the accuracy of outgoing orders against shipping documents.
- Maintain shipping records and documentation.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding shipment status.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
- Operate scanning equipment and software for tracking.
- Assist in resolving shipping-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Perform moderate lifting of packages up to 30 lbs.
