Tasks
  • Independently manage and handle client relationships, covering administrative, banking, and legal structure activities as part of daily operations
  • Support in identifying clients’ cash needs and available liquidity for commitments or investments
  • Monitor maturities and transactions (inflows and outflows), ensuring proper controls and collecting relevant background information
  • Execute all stages of direct investment subscription processes (e.g., Private Equity, Hedge Funds), including initial subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions; liaise with fund administrators, fund managers, custodians, legal advisors, and directors regarding KYC matters
  • Maintain and update loan schedules and company organizational charts
  • Communicate and coordinate with service providers, trustees, lawyers, and banks.
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients
  • Coordinate and execute updates, changes in circumstances, and closures of (bank) client relationships
  • Support the Head of Client Management Team in the implementation of projects and act as deputy when required
  • Perform all execution-related administrative tasks, including drafting, printing, scanning, filing, and dispatching of documents and contracts
  • Ensure full compliance with the Code of Conduct and all internal policies and regulations (e.g., Cross-Border, AML, Clear Desk Policy)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of operational efficiency across the business
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to support seamless operations and client service excellence
  • Your profile
  • 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in client administration or account management within the Swiss banking environment
  • Solid understanding of the trust business and/or the financial services industry
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English and German; French is an advantage
  • Experienced in working within multicultural and multilingual environments
  • Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Organized and efficient working style with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative approach
