The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. RN House Supervisor – Mercy Hospital Washington Part-Time | 16 hrs/week | Tues & Wed | 3 PM–11 PM (Includes 2 holidays per year – 1 major, 1 minor) Day-One Benefits – Medical, dental & vision coverage ✔ Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Be the go-to leader during evening shifts—supporting nursing units, managing patient placement, and ensuring smooth operations across departments. As the Administrative Supervisor , you’ll oversee staffing, admissions, and act as the leadership representative when others are off-site.
