We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our Jacksonville, Florida facility. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding high standards of safety and productivity. Physical stamina is essential, involving frequent lifting and continuous movement throughout the shift. We are committed to a safe work environment and require all associates to wear appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately log incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Stage orders for outbound shipping.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of distribution center logistics and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
