We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our San Diego, California warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items from warehouse stock and preparing them for shipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include using RF scanners to locate products, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected, and then carefully packing them into appropriate shipping materials. Accuracy and speed are essential for success in this fast-paced logistics environment. Maintaining a clean and safe work area is a top priority, and all employees must adhere to safety guidelines and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform occasional Lifting. If you are looking for a stable role in warehouse operations, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Verify picked items against order details and check for any damages.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer is a plus.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
