We are seeking hardworking and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our expanding team in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks including receiving and unloading goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This is a physically demanding position that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to working efficiently. We foster a strong culture of safety, and all employees are required to follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize materials in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Label and prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team efforts and overall warehouse productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Good understanding of basic warehouse functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and use of PPE.
- Team-oriented and dependable.
