We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records at our Columbus, Ohio facility. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of our stock and supporting efficient warehouse operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage. Your duties will include tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory flow, and reporting on inventory status to management. A strong understanding of inventory management principles and software is essential. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Adherence to all Safety guidelines and proper use of PPE is mandatory. The role may involve some Lifting of inventory items and operating equipment to access stock. You will play a key role in optimizing our Logistics chain by ensuring accurate inventory data, which directly impacts order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
