Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring safe and proper placement of goods.
- Perform regular inspections of the reach truck and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the system.
- Assist with order picking and replenishment as needed.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from obstructions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all logistics and warehouse management system guidelines.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification and proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and operational awareness.
