Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Sort and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment according to safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety rules and PPE usage.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet operational goals.
- Participate in the overall logistics process, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
