We are looking for an energetic Warehouse Worker to contribute to our fast-paced logistics operations in San Jose, California. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, warehousing, and shipping products. This includes carefully handling materials, accurately fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming goods for damage and accuracy.
- Retrieve and prepare items for order fulfillment.
- Sort and place items into designated storage areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet shipping deadlines.
- Support the smooth flow of goods within the logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
