Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! This role is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, from picking items to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners and order lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before shipment to minimize errors.
  • Process returns and restock inventory according to established procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, upholding high standards of hygiene and Safety.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, including those related to the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
  • Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
  • Must be able to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Safety procedures and commitment to a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
