Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! This role is the backbone of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, from picking items to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners and order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment to minimize errors.
- Process returns and restock inventory according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, upholding high standards of hygiene and Safety.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, including those related to the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding productivity targets.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous.
- Must be able to handle physical demands, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of Safety procedures and commitment to a safe working environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
