We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving goods, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. This role is critical to our daily operations and requires individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. You will be an integral part of our logistics process, contributing to the successful movement of products.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders according to pick lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on workplace Safety .
- Wear and utilize all required PPE consistently.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Support overall Logistics operations by completing tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual work habits.
- Understanding of basic warehouse functions.
