We are hiring an Order Picker for our facility in Seattle, Washington! As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to navigate our warehouse efficiently. You'll work with scanning equipment to locate and retrieve products for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using a pick list or scanner.
- Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of provided PPE .
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our Logistics operations through precise order fulfillment.
- Report any damaged items or discrepancies to a supervisor.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
Qualifications:
- Previous order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks that involve frequent walking, standing, and bending.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Good communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
