We are recruiting experienced Warehouse Associates for our San Jose, California facility. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all goods within the warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We emphasize a proactive approach to Safety and expect all team members to strictly adhere to our Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring efficiency and Safety.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and Safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar capacity.
- Proven ability for significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs) and physical endurance.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of Safety procedures and best practices in a logistics setting.
- Willingness to consistently wear required PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
